Quiztastic

Hands up who feels like this this morning? Or some of you might still be lying in bed with furry tongue and a cold flannel on your head? This is commonly known as post-quiz syndrome. A raucous time was had by all - and a total of 544 entries. A bit like a virtual pub crawl (thanks Billy for that analogy) - we started in earnest over at the Mollsters. Someone somehow froze her ability to send anything anywhere so we had to jump ship to Billy's. The ghost in the machine tracked us down. Where was Derek Acorah when we needed him? So off we jollied to Swipers. Gosh darn it - people started getting locked out again so all back to mine. A collective 44 points all I think although by that time at least three kegs of Watneys Red Barrel, 8 pints of Creme De Menthe Frappe, a crate of Archers and several fine bottles of red wine - not to mention various snacks - had been consumed. What a hoot! Thanks Molly for organising it and everyone for not maintaining decorum at all times. Cheerio.

I didn't feel too bad but I did just stop drinking in time - I felt a little woozy and had acid rising so had a cup of tea instead!

Fabulous first Podcast, Ro-Mo - really top draw.

More Stones please - if I start playing them, I won't play anything else...

Seriously, it sounded great and you were unflappable, even with the kids helping out.

Great title too - which I only noted after I'd listened to it, otherwise I'd have peed meself!!

More please and soon, it's excellent stuff. Podcasting: the new rock 'n' roll (or it oldhat already and I'm just a sad 40 sumfink who's missed the train...again??

Swiper: Thank you so much for your kind comments - I'm planning on another upload tonight. I'm slightly worried about my social life as it seems to have been subsumed with blogging, drinking whilst blogging and now pod-bloody-casting!

Billy: Er...I uploaded a test podcast up on switchpod today. I tested it out on Swipe - if you're really that desperate then the link is in his comments box. Oh but I don't really want anyone to hear it until I upload the new proper one tonight. Oh shit - just listen to it if you want - I guess that what blogging is about - being yourself.

FN: Oh I'm glad you popped by - no one's called me Rocky before. Now I can only hear Eye Of the Tiger whirling around my head. I could think of worse! Why is meat world called that? Am I missing something? When are you going to be inaugurated as Mayoress of Sumas. I might start a petition on my blog. xxx

Thankyou...you are too kind..it was a bit mental. I felt rough this morning and realised I left the back door open all night. But...I think the potential burglars were put off by the smell that had come from me wetting myself twice and the distant odour of Archers and pork scratchings. Thankyou for coming. I think we must have a record on comments though.

That photo of you is just gorgeous. Can I marry you? Please?

I'm going to await the official opening of your Podcast (that sounds rude) but I can't wait.

No we can't get married as we are obviously related just by hairstyle alone! I don't mind if you listen to the test - its up there - sod it - here;s the link!

Enjoy! It's a bit like Ronnie Corbett on a bad day mixed with music. It's a test so it's only 17 min long.
