Green Man

Here's Green Man for Little Purl One. He's just over forty and going strong enjoying a climb around the garden. He's not as frightening as he looks but has trouble making friends.

This is really cool. I love him too. *Cue sister fight with one of us holding one leg and the other one holding the other* Actually, we've never fought...so we'll share him.

Yes. Having a seam running down the middle of the head would make it hard to find lasting friendship. I like him though, with his jaunty wave.
Popped over to Little purl One. I'm crap at craft but I might have to go back to her world.

Popped over to Purl One and although I'm crap at craft I may have to go back to her world.

He does look a bit scary but I do love him all the same. There's only one Green Man!

I like the way he is leaning over on one side. It makes him look kind of wistful. I'm glad you popped over last nightxx

Arabella - uh?

Mollster - thanks - it was fun but I was soooo hungry I had to prioritise supper so was shovelling away whilst getting mustard all over my keys! Had to go as the small ginger one was having a night terror - truly terrifying. He was sat on the end of the bed screaming with his arms stretched out screaming for me - and I was there but he was so locked into his bad dream he couldn't see me. Horrible. Anyway - I did all the things you are not meant to do. I picked him up and sang him a song and he went straight back to non-nightmare sleep. Phew. Hope Mary Dejevsky or Janet from another Planet Porter doesn't see this as they'll be proved right! x

The poor fella.
That must be an awful thing for a mom to see. Sweet dreams.
